API產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量審查專家現(xiàn)場如何對用戶使用的工作量規(guī)進行驗收？

    API產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量審查驗收人員對用戶單位檢查時，首先查石油專用工作量規(guī)是否有校準證書，鑒定機構(gòu)所使用的校對量規(guī)是否已溯源到北京中國計量科學(xué)研究院的國家基準，能否提供出北京出具的校對量規(guī)的校準證書。若所使用的校對量規(guī)未送北京進行鑒定，則該校對量規(guī)對工作量規(guī)的鑒定結(jié)果是無效的。其次要查API Spec7石油鉆桿接頭校對量規(guī)的編號（4位數(shù)），此編號在美國API學(xué)會達拉斯辦事處備案。若滿足以上條件，則量規(guī)審驗通過。

1、原始規(guī)存放在美國國家標準技術(shù)研究院

2、API可以鑒定校對規(guī)的機構(gòu)共有以下7家：

1）阿根廷，布宜諾斯艾利斯：國家工業(yè)技術(shù)研究所

2）意大利，羅馬：精密電子設(shè)備廠

3）美國，馬里蘭，蓋瑟斯堡：國家標準和技術(shù)研究院

4）英國，密得塞斯，特丁頓：國家物理實物室

5）日本，茨本：國家計量研究實驗室

6）澳大利亞，新南威爾士，其本得爾：國家標準實驗室（限于規(guī)格不大于8 5/8

的量規(guī)）

7）中國·北京：中國計量科學(xué)研究院。

3、校對規(guī)的鑒定：必須送往以上6家機構(gòu)之一進行鑒定，才能得到API承認。

4、工作規(guī)的鑒定：必然使用符合API規(guī)范量值溯源要求的校對規(guī)對其進行鑒定，才能得到API的認可，產(chǎn)品驗收則能通過。量規(guī)的相互關(guān)系：API量值傳遞系統(tǒng)實際上是四級量值傳遞系統(tǒng)，簡單可用以下形式表示出來。

可見，原始規(guī)用來檢驗地區(qū)規(guī)，地區(qū)規(guī)用來檢驗校對規(guī)，校對規(guī)檢驗工作規(guī)以此類推直至工作規(guī)檢驗接頭螺紋，上一級塞規(guī)檢驗下一級環(huán)規(guī)，上一級環(huán)規(guī)檢驗下一級塞規(guī)，檢查的項目是傳遞緊密距。
